We worked with Purity Bridge Cosmetic Plastic Surgeons in Royal Tunbridge Wells to expand their surgery, ensuring they could still have a functional space for their surgical appointments during the renovations.
Surgery expansion
The objective for the client was to expand the size of the Purity Bridge Cosmetic surgery and enable more complex procedures to be carried out without moving from their existing premises.
The client engaged Cowan Architects to create a new area in the basement of their existing property, we assisted Oander in the design of the ventilation requirements to adhere to the regulations. We also assisted in the design and contracting of specialist equipment for power back up systems for the surgery equipment and lighting requirements.
We had to navigate around extremely low ceiling heights in the basement and make sure that all the ventilation systems and power back up installations were able to fit in restricted space, while making sure that the appearance of the building was unaffected.
