Keech Hospice sought to revitalise its existing charity shop in St Albans, creating a more engaging and contemporary retail environment that would enhance the customer experience, increase footfall, and encourage higher spending. The existing layout and fixtures no longer reflected the quality of products on offer or the welcoming atmosphere the charity wanted to create.

HE Interiors was appointed to refurbish the store and transform it into a boutique-style retail space that would stand out on the high street while remaining practical and flexible for day-to-day operations.

By utilising versatile wall-mounted and freestanding merchandising fixtures, we were able to maximise product presentation, improve store flow, and create clearly defined shopping zones throughout the space.
