I, alongside Tim, provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the company. I am responsible for driving business growth, overseeing project delivery, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service across all operations whilst being the expert point of contact… and cleaning the office.

What I do at HE Interiors:
Alongside Mark I manage the HE Interiors teams so everyone is meeting deadlines on all aspects/ areas of the projects. 

My favourite part of a project:<
2nd fix/ completion. I get excited about seeing the finishing touches of a newly refurbished project then handing the completed site back over to the client.

What I do at HE Interiors:
I bridge the gap between client vision and project delivery, leading the design process from conception to completion whilst coordinating with clients and project team to ensure that designs are functional and aligned with the brief.

My favourite part of a project:
Concepting initial ideas with help from the clients brief. It’s great to have valued input from clients and having them feel involved throughout the design process

I work as part of the design team with our clients, helping to bring their visions to life and supporting them throughout the whole process.

Concept Development! I love being able to explore the possibilities of a building and develop a range of ideas through conversation with a client; finding inspiration in a space.

I oversee daily on site operations, coordinating workers and sub contractors, managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and monitoring progress to keep projects on track.

Seeing customers face when they get the “wow” factor at the end of the project

What I do at HE Interiors:
I search for new clients while maintaining and developing existing customer relationships. I get great joy from looking for new opportunities for the whole HE Interiors team to develop.

Being invited back to do another project.

What I do at HE Interiors:
I am in charge of the estimating for all new projects from shop fit outs to clinics and hospitals, and also being Junior Project Manager for retail fit outs.

What I do at HE Interiors:
I look after everyone! Practically I managing diaries, correspondence, and meetings, prepare documents for new site projects, and assist with coordination for the teams so everyone is where they need to be, with what they need, at the right time.

The End, I can breath again for a few days…until the next project starts!

What do I do at HE Interiors?

I’m am responsible for overseeing office fit-outs, healthcare, and select retail projects from initial concept to completion. My role involves coordinating closely with our in-house design team, contractors, and clients to ensure every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets the high standards our clients expect from HE Interiors.

My favourite part of a project

For me it’s always the handover – seeing a client genuinely happy because we’ve really listened to what they needed and delivered it well. That moment makes all the planning and effort worthwhile.

What I do at HE Interiors:
I’m the provider of smiles and great welcomes, and the demander of tummy scratches. I also run around the office making sure everyone is ok, and occasionally trying to escape when the sun is out helping keep the teams step count up.

My favourite part of a project:
Having snacks and making crumbs on the carpet, then having a snooze in the sunshine by the front door waiting for people to arrive so I can welcome them.
