Mark Escott is the Managing Director of Hughes Escott Ltd. He co-founded the company in 2011 from an office in his garden and since then the company has grown to what it is today. He started the company with a vision and has worked incredibly hard over the last 8 years to make this a reality.
Mark started out his working life as an apprentice electrician. He is a now fully qualified electrical technician and has an ONC in electrical engineering. When he finished his qualifications, he set up his very own electrical contracting company. Mark ran this company for 25 years before deciding to solely focus on Hughes Escott and the services that we offer. He also has large amounts of experience working in the shopfitting sector and has worked for major high street retailers such as Debenhams, Game and Sally Beauty.
You will often find Mark in the water as he enjoys kayaking and he spends many a weekend at the beach ocean ski paddling. Many years ago, he was even in the British marathon kayaking team and competed all over the country!
He is also quite partial to a sausage and bacon bap and much to everyone’s delight he will often do the Gregg’s run on a Friday morning!
